Tabata is a 4 minute workout where the goal is to do many repetitions of an exercise within a 20 second period. Then recover during a 10 second rest time before starting the next exercise. In all there are four exercises that you choose to perform for eight cycles. Therefore, you will be performing a four exercise circuit twice.
